Sheila Haswell, who has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 1974 and teaching in the High Wycombe area since 1980, owns the Iyengar Yoga Shala.Sheila and the other Yoga Shala instructors who can work or cover classes are all certified Iyengar Yoga instructors.The Yoga Shala is a light, airy two-room studio with a teaching studio on one side and a practice room with storage and a changing area on the other.Weekday classes and weekend training and seminars are available to students of all levels, from beginners to instructors.
