My parents, Jeffrey and Sandra Rance, decided to open a fish and chip shop in 1981.After many years of Dad running the successful restaurant The Willows and Mum running Seafresh in Goring, a wet fish shop that Dad had given her, they decided to open their first fish and chip shop on Brighton Road, and thus Chipwick was born.
