We opened our lovely little restaurant on April 15th, 2017, after more than 15 years in the restaurant business, we decided it was time to take the next step and open our own little place!We both come from farming families, so we value local, British, and Fairtrade products above all else, with responsible and sustainable sourcing as our ethos.We're both huge fans of locally sourced British food, so we decided that the only way to express our enthusiasm was to open a restaurant, and thus Friar Street Kitchen was born!
