My path to yoga began with sports.I used the practice to recover from an injury and strengthen my entire body.It became clear that there is a lot more to this practice than meets the eye.I focus on functional movement, strengthening the core to support the spine, and sequencing the classes to bring the mind into our movement through the breath.This helps us deal with life's stresses when we're not on the mat.I teach practical yoga and make sense of the practice.My goal is to inspire more people to lay down a mat for the first time and embark on a journey that could transform their lives.
