Guinea Gap Leisure Centre in Wirral has seven gyms, ten pools, and over 350 weekly exercise classes.Treadmills, concept rowing machines, cross-trainers, bikes, and resistance training machines are among the latest additions to the gym.There are 50 stations with all of the necessary equipment.The Leisure Pool at Guinea Gap has a conservatory with views of the Mersey River.A 25-meter training pool is available for lane swimming and competitions.
