Yoga means "union" in Sanskrit.The union is between us and the Universal Life Force, also known as the Life Current, our Source, Creator, or God.The second part of our beautiful Dance Venture "Salsa y Sol" is "Sol," which is Spanish for "Sun."I was driving along one rainy morning when I suddenly realized that, despite the weather, I was extremely happy and content – simply because I am so deeply connected to my Inner Sun!That's how "Sol Yoga" came to be!Max is a wonderful support to me on my Yoga Journey and thus feels very much a part of it, despite the fact that I am teaching our Yoga Classes!
