As an Indian in a cosmopolitan city, I noticed that there was nowhere for me to go that was exciting, where the food was familiar, and where I could try new traditional Indian dishes!There was a cocktail menu there that had an Indian influence to it!When we say authentic, we mean that every ingredient in the dish, whether it's imported from India chillies, spices you won't find anywhere but your grandmother's spice cabinet, lentils, or Jatka meat, is prepared and served using traditional Indian methods.
