Wrekin Golf Club is founded over a century ago in 1905. The regular course scratch of 68, 2 shots over the par also refers to the difficulty. Their genuinely picturesque golf course is surrounded by lush forest and boasts stunning and inspiring views around and beyond the North Shropshire plain. The golf club has an active Women's Section, which takes part in regular competitions and team events.
