I received my education at the Oswestry and North Staffs School of Physiotherapy and have worked in the NHS for 20 years and in private practice for 11 years.My special interest is in all musculoskeletal problems, such as back and neck pains, sports injuries, sciatica and nerve pain, headaches, joint and muscular pains, and fibromyalgia, among others. I worked in the NHS for 20 years in South Wales and Herefordshire hospitals, eventually becoming a Clinical Specialist and Extended Scope Practitioner.In their clinics, I worked alongside orthopaedic surgeons.Other physiotherapists and health professionals received training from me, and I triaged patients referred by their general practitioner for an orthopaedic opinion.I also assisted in the troubleshooting of patients with complex and often chronic pain syndromes.Myofascial release, Positional release, Muscle energy techniques, and Acupuncture are among the techniques I use.To aid recovery, I also use Proprioceptive sports taping and customized exercises.If you're looking for a unique
