Welcome to Mainway Fitness, the home of assault fitness in Llansamlet, Swansea.We offer the most uplifting fitness classes available, with over 50 classes per week to choose from.We also have a cutting-edge gym with cutting-edge equipment, so whatever your goals are, we can help you achieve them.This is the place where it all began.I'd always been an athletic kid, participating in a variety of sports as a kid, one of which was football, which I was fortunate enough to play professionally for my hometown club Swansea City FC, and which led me down the path of becoming a personal trainer after a job-ending injury forced me to consider other options.I was introduced to functional fitness and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) because I enjoy a wide range of activities.Because there were so many different training options, utilizing all types of equipment, and truly thinking outside the box (as they say), it made me adore this type of training and helped me expand my personal training company tenfold.That is exactly what you will find in our courses; you will rarely take the same class twice, and you will be challenged both physically and mentally.
