Anna is a Pilates, R.E.P Level 3 and British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma holder for both children and adults.Anna has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years, and as a mother, she understands the importance of yoga's core concepts for both children and adults.She also teaches Yoga and Pilates to people with special needs, and she continues to study and research the energy field and our own healing potential.Anna is fascinated by the human body's mystery and the interconnectedness of all things.Footballers, rugby players, athletes, physiotherapists, and personal trainers have all benefited from her instruction.She teaches MS, Cancer, Rehabilitation, Core strength and stability, as well as deep relaxation and meditation, in her own Yoga and Pilates private groups and one-on-one classes for all levels.
