Suzie’s upholstery is me, Suzie Medlycott. Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, I am a fully trained and qualified AMUSF (Association of Masters Upholsterers and Soft Furnishers) upholsterer, trained in traditional and modern methods. Following a career in the film industry as a Prosthetic Make-up artist and subsequently a mother to three girls, I love to uncover the history of those treasured pieces of furniture and bring them back to their former glory in traditional or modern methods, ready for new memories.
