Nevin and Mahmut, a husband and wife combination, founded Havin's Kitchen. Their Turkish background is evident in every aspect of the restaurant, including the lavish décor, Istanbul-sourced tiles and textiles, and, of course, the cuisine! The pair is from Diyarbakir, Turkey, where food was always at the center of their life. Nevin saw how food can bring people together after large family reunions with a great variety of foods. At Havin's Kitchen, this is the mentality.
