For many years, I've had a passion for health and well-being, and after moving to beautiful Leigh-on-Sea and deciding to stop commuting to London in 2016, I decided to pursue my wellness career.This was an excellent opportunity for me to adopt a more mindful lifestyle.Since 2004, I've been a licensed physiotherapist, and in 2016, I received certification in massage and reflexology.
