The Empire Cake Company ' is an award-winning high-end cake maker called Southend-on-Sea's cake manager. They won a Gold Award and two Bronze Medals at the Cake International Expo, where people from all over the world participate. They deliver cupcake design lessons and children's cupcake decoration events. Their cake bakers are also classically trained in fine art, practised in the heart of Florence, Italy, and have a specialization in graphic design with an Art & Design degree in honours.
