Combined Fighting Arts (CFA) is our one-of-a-kind martial arts system that produces well-rounded and complete martial artists.Chief Instructor Mark Hayes carefully crafted CFA, which seamlessly blends three complementary art forms: ground fighting, Jeet Kune Do, and Kali/Eskrima.CFA classes concentrate on developing effective techniques in a variety of fighting ranges that can be used for self-defense as well as competition.Students at CFA find the classes to be the ideal combination of intense exercise and effective fight training, and our fight team uses the system as the foundation for their competitive Mixed Martial Arts training.We also use the Combined Fighting Arts system to train Instructors and grade students up to Black Belt level.
