Sarum CrossFit was founded in 2012 by James Nicholls.With the goal of being the first CrossFit gym in the Salisbury area, we started with an empty unit.We are now a thriving community of people of various ages and abilities who share one common goal: to be stronger than we were yesterday, after a few years of hard work and support.Our members come from various backgrounds and possess a diverse set of skills and abilities.To train with us, you don't need to be a competitive athlete; all you need is the desire to improve, regardless of your fitness level.At our gym, there are no egos and no mirrors to flaunt in!We have a strong sense of community, and you'll find yourself being pushed to complete exercises and even cheering on others.
