MyGym Health & Fitness offers a fantastic course program with over 40 classes per week.MGHF is in the heart of the city, on Guilder Lane.Customers need support, motivation, and guidance from MyGym in order to get the most out of each session.They utilize the gym's 6,000+ square feet of well-equipped equipment to the fullest.There is a lift to the gym level for residents with blue badges, and parking is available.Personal training, nutrition and lifestyle counseling are all available for free, as well as a free weights section with dumbbells ranging from 1 to 70 kg to lift.
