Lower Kersal Community Primary School has been in Salford for more than 80 years, and many of today's students' parents and grandparents attended.There are now 264 children on the waiting list.All classes have a standard admission number of 30 students.Within the primary school, there is a nursery department with 26 spots.Lower Kersal Community School has won a number of awards over the years, including three Quality Marks, a Leading Parent Partnership Award, and two Green Flags for its environmental efforts.A free school meal is available to all students in reception, year one, and year two at their school.
