Wentworth Woodhouse' is one of the largest houses in Europe, it combines two houses of completely different architectural styles. Built by the first Marquess of Rockingham between 1725 and 1750. The west front of the house in the Baroque style and the east front in the Palladian style. Its stands in 87 acres of gardens and grounds. Has an extensive view over former parkland, including a deer park and lakes. The house is open for guided tours, pre-booked events, special wedding, and party. They even offer hot and cold drinks, a selection of cakes and pastries to refresh yourself. Affords free parking. The dog-friendly room is also available.
