At just £1.50 per person, the gym includes male and female saunas to help relax muscles and improve blood flow. They provide a variety of membership choices, ranging from yearly plans to pay-as-you-train, to meet all of your requirements. Iron Body and Fitness also has quick tanning sunbeds with a variety of price choices to help you get the perfect tan. There is no joining cost here.
