Vanora's Bakery is a butcher's shop that has been owned and operated by Andrew Swarbrick for about 100 years. Vanora has a wealth of capacity of baking and ingredients. The bakery only makes sourdough bread with a long fermentation process using natural levain and no commercial yeast additives or flour improvers. They are passionate about sourdough and using natural and local ingredients.
