Gentlystrongyoga offers group and individual classes for people of all ages, fitness levels, and health concerns.In Gentlystrongyoga, Marie is a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist.As an AYS and BWY accredited teacher, she has a 700-hour teaching certification.Marie is committed to continuing her education and has participated in trainings and retreats that are supplemented by her daily practice.She wants to improve people's lives by teaching them self-nurture, independence, and self-realization skills.Yoga can provide all of these benefits in a way that is accessible to anyone, at any level.She hopes to bring yoga to Reading's diverse community through 'Gentlystrongyoga.'
