Spice Oven began as an Indian restaurant 17 years ago and has since become a local landmark, much like the historic Caversham Bridge it sits beside.They wanted to turn Spice Oven into a multi-cuisine restaurant instead of just serving delicious Indian food to the locals.Some worried they'd taken on too much, but they knew it would be a success if they focused on two key concepts: good food and good service.We pledge to follow suit.
