Hello, I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Dorset with over 10 years of experience in hypnotherapy and a special interest in the field of ANXIETY.I assist people in becoming more RELAXED, letting go of WORRIES, overcoming PHOBIAS & unwanted HABITS, as well as improving their SLEEP.My biweekly sessions are one hour long, and you usually only need 2-6 sessions to achieve your desired results.
