Giovanni and Stefani, an Italian couple, founded Solo Pizza in 2011.Our dough is made fresh daily and left to set for 24 to 48 hours, ensuring a deliciously thin and crispy base. Located in the heart of the South Perth/Como area, it began as an Italian takeaway but has since evolved into a popular restaurant in the area.We use the highest quality, fresh ingredients, sourced locally or imported from Italy, to make the pizzas light and easy to digest.The pizzas are cooked in one of the best pizza ovens on the market, a ‘Moretti Forni’ brand ‘All-Stone-Inside’ oven that we imported from Italy. We also have a variety of homemade desserts such as Tiramasu, Panna Cotta, and Creme Caramel.
