The gym includes a large free weights section, two sets of ivanko dumbbells ranging in weight from 10 to 120 pounds, and over 50 resistance equipment, including custom-built and hammer strength devices. At Total Fitness, you'll find everything you need, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym goer, an elite athlete or a weekend warrior.
