I've been doing Iyengar yoga for more than 30 years.I qualified as an Introductory yoga teacher after completing the rigorous two-year Iyengar yoga training program at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Maida Vale, London, after many years as a student.I continued my education and am now certified to teach at the Intermediate Junior level 2.Throughout my adult life, Iyengar yoga has been a very important and deeply valued part of my life.Teaching yoga was a natural progression for me, based on my many years of practice and study with teachers across the United Kingdom.
