We are a not-for-profit gym, which means that when you work out with us, you are also helping others by supporting YMCA programs and services for disadvantaged people and children in Nottingham and throughout the county. Feel good knowing you're benefiting physically and emotionally, and others are as well, whether you're pounding the treadmill, climbing our ropes, or lifting weights.
