CATHEDRAL CHURCH OF ST BARNABAS

The Cathedral of St Barnabas' has been a place of praise and worship for over 170 years and is open daily from 7 am to 7 pm. This beautiful church was designed and built under renowned architect A.W.N. Pugin, and Bishop Nicholas Wiseman laid the foundation stone in 1842, who had brought with him the relics of Saint Barnabas from Rome. Visitors are most welcome to come and visit their beautiful Cathedral, designed by Augustus Pugin, and it is one of the hidden gems of the City of Nottingham.
