Thomas Aubrit and Gemma Aubrit-Layfield, a husband and wife team, are thrilled to open their French Bistro in the heart of Norwich Lanes.The pair have realized a lifelong dream of owning their own bistro, which they opened at the beginning of 2020, and are thrilled to be a part of the wonderful Lanes community.Thomas focuses on authentic family recipes that he grew up enjoying when serving simple, French food.Thomas' mother was a cook, and his uncle was a butcher, so cooking runs in the family, and this has influenced his menu.
