The CrossFit RS3 Gym is Norfolk's first warehouse-style bodybuilding fitness center. Their teachers will help members improve their fitness, muscle mass, weight reduction, competitive training, and general toning by coaching and supporting them. They push your training to the edge with specific zones for each body component. Back and leg exercises are a specialty at CrossFit RS3 Gym. With a considerable selectorised and plate loaded piece of equipment, the gym provides a large range of Hammer Strength, Nytram, Life Fitness, Nautilus, Cybex, and Watson gym equipment.
