Lyn's goal with Smile Lifestyle is to encourage others to develop their own yoga practice and to provide fun and varied classes to anyone.In 2013, she earned her Hatha Yoga teaching certification and went on to study Meditation, Mindfulness, Nutrition, and Weight Management, as well as Pre/Post Natal Yoga.Lyn teaches classes to people of all ages and backgrounds, primarily in Northampton.One-on-one, corporate, group, and meditation classes, as well as specialist workshops and retreats, are all available.If you're new to yoga, she recommends one of her gentle Monday morning or Wednesday afternoon classes.There is no need to make a reservation.
