I am a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist with Sports Therapy UK, having completed my training at Bedford University.I studied Sports Massage as well as Anatomy and Physiology before moving on to sports injuries.Since then, I've gained a lot of experience as a massage therapist, and I believe it's from this that I've learned the most.I work with athletes of all levels, from amateurs to elite professionals, as well as many non-athletes.I've worked as a race director for both indoor and outdoor charity races and events all over the United Kingdom.Among other sports, I collaborate with my husband, PGA Golf Professional Mark Booth, to provide golf rehabilitation services.
