The Old Low Light is the oldest surviving, occupied building on North Shields Fish Quay, is a Grade 2 listed building. It was converted into an Almshouse in the early 19th century and was used as a training facility for the Deep Sea Fisheries Association and later the Maritime Volunteer Service during the 20th century. They are exploring their shows, special events, forums, guided walks and lessons.
