I was obsessed with ballet and gymnastics from a young age, like many other little girls, and was always upside down or pirouetting somewhere inappropriate!I pursued my passion for dance throughout college, but I quickly lost touch with the physical release and enjoyment that dance and expressive movement provided.I didn't really discover yoga until around 2011, and it was like rediscovering something I hadn't realized I'd lost!Over the next few years, I experimented with different types of classes, attended workshops and retreats, and developed an openness to the world of yoga.At a retreat in Sardinia (www.sardiniayoga.com) in September 2016, I met Heidi Pascual (Lotus Love Yoga).Something changed the day I met Heidi; I finally summoned the courage and faith to express a long-held desire.
