Yoga has made a significant difference in my life.From my first yoga class at the age of 17 to becoming a yoga teacher in 2015, I've come a long way.It's been a journey of self-discovery from then until now.Despite taking breaks from my practice in the beginning and experimenting with different activities such as running, dancing, and moving my body, I continued to practice.I always returned to my practice, which has now become the center of everything I do.By anchoring my focus and awareness into the present moment, my practice allowed me to let go of anything that was holding me back or weighing me down.I was able to establish a strong connection to my body and breath as a result of this.This allowed me to slow down and deal with anxiety, emotions, and self-confidence.Through consistent practice, I've gained the ability to cope with whatever life throws at me, as well as the ability to let go.With constant self-observation and inquiry, this enabled me to love freely and forgive easily.Mind and body healing from the inside out.A promise to myself to look after and care for myself.I now do what I love as a result of this incredible journey.It's truly incredible to be able to share the gift of yoga with others so that they can experience it for themselves in their own unique way, on their own unique path.Finding peace and happiness requires finding truth and acceptance.If you're looking for a unique
