Dr. Laura Sanger earned a BSc (Hons.) in Psychology from the University of Stirling and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Newcastle University. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Her approach is guided by systemic practice, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. Her aim is to share her knowledge and experience with you in a manner that allows you to stay in control of your own path and goals. Dr. Laura employs positive psychology and community psychology approaches and methodologies. Her approach is to find and connect with the parts of your past that represent your ideals, so that your talents and experience can assist your future path. She also holds free beginning seminars on occasion.
