BodyZone is the biggest privately operated fitness club in Newcastle. BodyPump, Spinning, Zumba, Insanity, Ironman Circuits, and Virtual Courses on Giant Screens are among the free limitless live classes offered in the gym's two studios. BodyZone features over 250 pieces of cutting-edge equipment, the majority of which is provided by Life Fitness. The gym includes a separate 2,500 square foot ladies-only facility that is overseen only by female personal trainers. BodyZone offers two different saunas. They provide free virtual Les Mills lessons, live Les Mills sessions, and parking.
