Self-construct, self-design, self-create, and self-fundThere is no financial assistance...For the past five years, it's been all about hard work.The owners of Viet Shack, Nelson and Leo, have known each other for most of their lives (and are practically family).Leo, a former accountant, and Nelson, a fashion designer, shared a passion for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.They began hosting an annual summer bbq in their hometown near Manchester, often feeding over a hundred people.After a few years, they decided to leave their 9-to-5 jobs and pursue their dreams.
