Rosa's Thai Cafe, located in Liverpool, is an authentic Thai restaurant.They are the birthplace of modern Thai cuisine, serving generous portions of your favorite dishes.The group's first restaurant opened in 2008 on the site of Rosa's, an East End caff in London.Chef Saiphin, their Thai co-founder, has become known as Rosa over the years, and the name has become synonymous with good, honest food.Chef Saiphin of The Rosa's takes on the challenge of creating authentic Thai dishes using local ingredients and a few key Thai ingredients.Every dish on the menu evokes fond memories for the cook, and many are based on old family recipes.
