In 2012, CrossFit Lisburn got its start in a small garage gym.As 22-year-olds, we pooled our meager savings to buy squat racks, weights, a pull-up bar, and other CrossFit accessories.We would exercise together every day during the summer, eventually forming a small community of about 25 people.We'd scribble the exercises on A4 sheets of paper and use cellotape to adhere them to the garage walls.Who knows what the neighbors were thinking as they flipped tyres in the driveway and dashed to the nearby roundabout!We were so enthusiastic about what we were doing that we pursued certifications in CrossFit, Personal Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Nutrition, Sports Team Programming, and Strongman Training, among other things, and opened our first White Wolf location in Lisburn 18 months later.The gym and brand have grown stronger since then, with three complete renovations in our six and a half years of operation, each one bettering the last.We've made some great friends on the road and added some fantastic instructors to the White Wolf team.We love what we do and the team and community we've built here, so it's more than just fitness for us.
