We appear to have become increasingly divided in an age when technology allows us to be more connected.Our tribe has a passion for people, sharing, and personal growth, which we want to share with the rest of the community.The word 'Sheng' is of Chinese origin and means "success in the face of adversity." This phrase encapsulates the Yoga experience, and by extension, life itself.We find our motivation and meaning in the midst of our struggles.In simple terms, ‘Sheng’ refers to growth, production, and the ability to create.The meaning that provides the fuel for what we are creating in and around our space is encapsulated in this single word.
