The Borough is a traditional, licensed pub where head chef 'Sam Pierce' leads the team in preparing everything from classics to outstanding specials and delectable desserts.Their chicken, beef, pork, and lamb come from local farms in the surrounding hills and valleys, and their eggs are free-range.Eight cask ales, three lagers, over 30 wines, as well as a wide variety of spirits and malts, make up their extensive and unique beverage menu.Every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., they offer a special wine and dine menu.
