The salon has city and guilds trained, emergency pet first aid trained and fully insured, so rest assured your dog is in safe hands. They don't use crates, and the dogs are allowed to relax on the chaise lounge or play with the toys while waiting to be collected. They are in no rush to complete your dog's groom, so if they require a few minutes rest in between or a quick leg stretch, they allow this. They giveaway monthly reward scheme for dogs kept on a maximum 6-week schedule. They afford free eye trim in between appointments for those kept on a maximum 8-week program.
