Windmill Bakery is operated by a father and daughter team, Paul and Lucy, with a lot of help and support from their family. They are passionate about baking also their bread and cakes are made on-site daily, including their rolls. The flour supply comes once a week, and the ovens are kindled every night for fresh bread and doughnuts ready for the next morning. The bakery bakes fresh bread and cakes every day to supply their two shops and the local area. Rye Sour Dough Loaf and Olive Bread are their current favourite.
