Kirklees Music School is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of public music education in all forms.This musical group collaborates closely with the KC Children and Young People Service.This music school is the district's preferred provider of music services in schools, central classes, and ensembles at the five Kirklees centers.They provide Whole Class Ensemble Tuition to over 5000 students in Kirklees, as well as small group instrumental tuition to another 2400 students.Their teachers form recital demo groups twice a year and perform live in schools, bringing live music to an additional 6000 students.They employ 70 people, the majority of whom work in the classroom, with a small administrative team based in Huddersfield's Beast Market.
