DariYoga began in June 2017, immediately following my certification in May 2017, and is taught by RYS Quaternity Yoga.As a teacher, I provide low-cost classes with encouraged drop-ins and no expiration dates on blocks of classes so you don't feel rushed!Variations for basic/advanced poses are always offered with optional hands-on assists, and each student's potential is recognized.All classes are appropriate for beginners and are open to people of all skill levels.Come give it a shot!
