Studio 3 Dance Workshop began in 1985 with just a few students and has grown to become one of the area's leading dance schools, offering classes for all ages from 2 years to adult in a variety of styles for those interested in pursuing a career in dance or simply wanting to dance for fun.Pupils have many opportunities to perform their work in front of an audience - at school summer fetes/fundraisers, co-curricular events, and more.Every February, we put on our annual show, 'Dance Krazy,' at the Royal Hall in Harrogate.Studio 3 is proud of the high quality of its teaching, which is reflected in the high examination marks achieved in all styles with both the Royal Academy of Dance and the International Dance Teachers Association.Our popular pre-school classes begin at the age of two with our Little Ballerinas, Mini movers, and Pre-school Ballet and Tap. Several students have gone on to make dance their career and have been successful in applying to study dance further at various universities and dance colleges - SLP, Elmhurst, The Royal Ballet School, Performers College, and Bird College.This includes story telling, pretend play, and a lot of fun!Our fairy school workshops, which take place three times a year and include crafts, dancing, and storytelling, are also very popular.
