At l'escargot bleu, we've spent a lot of time thinking about our food as a family, and now, more than ever, we're only allowing the best ingredients into our kitchen.Ingredients that honor the farmer's ethos, the grower's philosophy, the fisherman's love of the sea, and the cheesemaker's traditional recipe.We have a blackboard ‘bistro-style’ menu that will change and evolve in response to customer feedback.The emphasis on quality and the seasons will be emphasized on these shorter menus.We'll keep sourcing from all over Scotland and France, making sure to buy the best ingredients we can.
